PROTECTING OUR EMPLOYEES

    A message from Helen Baker, CEO.

    All our employees have received both vaccines and boosters. We will continue providing extra protection for our clients by continuing to ask our staff to be tested weekly, have daily temperature checks and wear PPE when required.

    From 26th January there are virtually no restrictions regarding Covid. However, some businesses have introduced their own rules. Some restrictions still apply for residential care homes. It’s important to remain careful especially when attending public events or shops. The best prevention is to be fully vaccinated.

    CARE QUALITY COMMISSION GIVES CONTINUING ‘OUTSTANDNG’ RATING

    For CCG to be rated ‘outstanding’ it must provide an exemplary service. The CQC found CCG was being lead by an outstanding management team and to provide outstanding caring for clients, was performing well and meeting expectations in a safe, effective and responsive environment.

    As a client, you can be assured by the ‘outstanding’ rating received by the Care Quality Commission as it is the regulator for the industry.
