A message from Helen Baker, CEO.

Good news, all our employees have received their first vaccine. For additional protection, our employees will continue to be tested weekly and have daily temperature checks. Even though the vaccination programme has commenced throughout the UK, we must remain vigilant and wash hands, social distance and obey the regulations. If you have got medical issues, please telephone your doctor.

Owing to the lockdown, we have unfortunately had to temporarily close our Out & About service. Our At Home Care, Activities at Home and Carers Breaks continue as normal.

Barclays has given £100,000 to Crossroads Care Gloucestershire to help us continue our charity to develop services to support unpaid carers.

    Care Assistants
Care Assistants have been recognised as front line people helping the country to deal with Covid-19. Understanding that people may feel vulnerable in the role, we’ve ensured the necessary training and protection have been given to all employees. We will supply you with the training required to be a Care Assistant.

If you are looking for a rewarding role, helping carers and their families, being independent but still part of a team and wish to embark on a new career then please contact us.
